Since 2010 we have been providing coaching and support to our clients on their Ideal Protein weight loss journey. We do it with compassion and a non-judgemental approach. We do not sell a magic pill here or promise you an overnight success. Every pound has a story and we are here ready to listen, educate, encourage, and support you all the way as you are getting your confidence back while becoming lighter, healthier, stronger, and happier. We customise our approach to you and only you. We share with you our knowledge of food and movement as well as experience with Ideal Protein. We go beyond just weight loss. We empathize with you, we cry, laugh, and dance with you as you go through your life and weight loss week to week. And once you reach your goal, we will not leave you out there alone and scared, and worried about your next meal or snack, as we know the feeling oh so well. We still will be there with you teaching you more about food and exercise, and sharing with you all our knowledge and resources, so you are empowered to make great choices and confident in your abilities to maintain your new body. There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

9:00am - 2:00pm
Evening appointments outside of regular hours available by request.
